We care about the environment very much; as a matter of fact, in our factory we have a solvent removal system that can filter out 99% of VOCs at very low running costs.

The complex allows you to clean the air containing organic solvents at any concentration (low, medium, high) coming from the painting system, before filtering polluted air from the solids, which then enters the activated carbon beds, and is then expelled from the chimney. Once saturated, the activated carbons are regenerated using steam as an energy source the same recovered solvents, through a chamber of high temperature oxidation. In this way the energy consumption to run the system is zero, or rather the thermal energy surplus is used for the production machines and / or to heat the rooms.
